Either develop more pages that link from your menu bar or reduce the number of menu bar choices

seems sensible to me. I was starting to wonder when most menu items brought me to the same video-marketing page.

Link e-mail promotions to relevant videos. "4 Video Ideas" doesn't deliver on promise.

Your e-mail promised "four very easy concepts to get you started with web video." Instead, the link leads to one video (presumably one concept), with no explanation of that concept or the other three.

add possibility for customer's input on raw footage

Give the customer the opportunity to choose the way their video should be edited. For example, what clips they want in the final project and what titles they would like to put on their clips

Thanks for the good feedback. Just for your info: When you sign up for our service, you answer a short questionnaire where you can tell us all about your footage. You can specify which clips you want used, what the titles should be etc.
A separate field for the company name. For URLs ending with .co.uk, it's picking 'co' as the name.

Join Toastmasters or get other training in public speaking so you're more comfortable on camera

These videos make me feel uncomfortable for the host, because she appears to be so uncomfortable in front of the camera. Ums, ahs, repeated words, fits and starts, make me wonder if someone who has such a hard time with video can actually be a good video marketer.
